Vision Statement

The PCLC seeks growth by stimulating interest of future "O" gauge enthusiasts through the recruitment of youth and their families into the operation of the club layout(s) and assisting in and encouraging the development of personally owned layouts. We will continue to participate in events that enhance our relationship as a club within the community.  We will continue to provide an operating layout for the use of club members and family members.
